The Board of Directors of Community Early Childhood Center (CECC) is united by a shared passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and care. We believe the early years are foundational and are committed to helping every child receive the best possible start.

Each board member brings unique perspectives, experiences, and gifts to support the center’s vision and long-term success. We proudly work alongside our on-site management team, offering guidance, support, and strong governance to ensure CECC remains a nurturing, safe, and thriving environment for children, families, and staff. 💛
Kristin Beckwith
Board of Directors (Member)
Kristin is a new member of the board joining in December 2017. She has a Bachelors degree in Biology from Coe College. She spent 5 years working in the human pharmaceutical industry and has recently made a switch to veterinary pharmaceuticals. She and her husband have been married 4 years and have a toddler that attends CECC. Kristi had spent much of her life volunteering at elementary schools and other programs dedicated for children. Through her position on the CECC board, she hopes to foster her passion for creating conductive learning environments for children.
Kayli Stumpf
Board of Directors (Member)
Kayli Stumpf is a dedicated board member and proud mom of 3 boys who have attended CECC. Her personal connection fuels her passion for compliance, operational efficiency, team development and continual improvement.
She earned a Bacherlor's degree in Dietetics and Master’s in Nutritional Sciences from Iowa State University. She spent 11 years as a Registered Dietitian with UnityPoint Health before stepping away to support her family and grow their family business.
Kayli is now a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker Associated, Realtors and actively serves on local boards and committees. She is passionate about strengthening her community and giving back whenever possible.

Kris Fleener
Board of Directors (Advisor)
Kris served on the CECC board from 2015-2025. She is currently serving in an advisory capacity with her years of experience in compliance, licensing, facility maintenance, safety, and organizational leadership.
Mandi Crouse-Kelly
Board of Directors (Advisor)
Mandi actively served on the Board of Directors for many years. She brings expertise in organizational management, person management, leader development, and behavioral strategy. She is now serving as an advisor.
